KONNECT connects mentors and mentees for professional growth and learning through video conferencing, interactive learning, and symposia. Our platform is intended for educational and mentoring purposes only and does not constitute professional certification or licensing. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to our website.

User Responsibilities & Bookings

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. False information may result in account termination.

All interactions between mentors and mentees must remain professional and respectful. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Users may not misuse the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. Usage of the site that contravenes the terms and conditions herein stated as well as in the Privacy Policy and Security policy may result in summary dismissal from the site and closure of the account.  

Bookings are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other secure methods.

Service fees vary by mentor, session type, or package. All fees are displayed at the time of booking.

Failure to complete payment will result in booking cancellation.

Policies

Understand our policies regarding cancellations, no-shows, and refunds to ensure a smooth mentoring experience.

Cancellations over 24 hours before the session receive a full refund; late cancellations incur a fee.

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and may lead to account suspension.

Submit refund requests within 7 days to our support email; processing is at our discretion.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved with this understanding.
