No-Show Policy

At KONNECT, we value everyone’s time and encourage open communication. Please review our no-show policy to ensure a smooth mentorship experience.
Please communicate with your mentor promptly if you are running late or unable to attend.

Refund Policy

At KONNECT, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both mentors and mentees, ensuring clarity and transparency.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a partial refund of 50%.

Refunds are not available for no-shows or same-day cancellations unless reviewed for extenuating circumstances.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the session without penalty. Rescheduling requests within 12 hours of the session will incur a fee of $10. Sessions can only be rescheduled once per booking. Additional changes will require a new booking and payment.
